A traditional gluten free savoury nut roast suitable for any occasion.
Packed full of nutritious nuts and delicious flavours, great for lunch, dinner or as a savoury snack and of course Sunday lunch, or with all the trimmings during the festive period. Great as a sandwich filling too.

This product is Gluten-free and is Vegan.


Ingredients:

Roasted peanuts (33%), gram flour, sunflower seedssesame seeds, dried sweetened cranberries (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), dried yeast, potato starch, tapioca flour, vegetable gum (methylcellulose, calcium carbonate), food acid (citric), dried onions, apple, peppers, oregano, rosemary, tomato powder, smoked paprika.

Pro Tip:
When made up and cooked according to the instructions,To make a two-portion serving add 170g nut roast mix to 100ml water and mix thoroughly, leave to stand for 20mins. Place in a small oiled tray, press down, cook for 20mins at 190--C or gas mark 5, leave to stand for 5mins and serve with your favourite veggies.
