Roasted Pepper Dip and Spread
Sun-ripened peppers picked in Puglia, in Southern Italy, were harvested, prepared and roasted on-site. This is the base of Organico's pepper spread to which Organico adds onions, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and a little lemon and vinegar to balance the taste.
