Extra-Virgin, cold-pressed olive oil is made from hand-picked olives grown in ancient groves on a family farm in the south of Greece.

Made of olive variety Koroneiki which has the highest overall polyphenol (a type of antioxidant) count of any olive variety in the world. 
Olives are harvested by hand using traditional methods - no bird harming machinery, grown naturally without the need for artificial watering and free from chemical weed killers.
