Pesto Recipe
Ingredients:
50g Pine Nuts
80g Fresh Basil
50g Parmesan or Vegan Alternative e.g. Violife
150ml Olive oil
2 Garlic Cloves
Method:
Fry the pine nuts until golden, tossing occasionally.
Place pine nuts in a food processor with the basil, cheese of choice, olive oil and garlic cloves.
Process until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
