The smoothie straw is maybe too big for children. If you do give it to your children, you must supervise them at all times. Steel straws should not be used by anyone while moving, only while seated. If a child or adult were to fall over with a steel straw in your mouth, you could seriously, even fatally, injure yourself. For that reason, we don't recommend adults drinking from steel straws while drunk. They are not suitable for hot drinks because the steel will heat up with the drink. Vegan and recyclable.
