Organic Butter Beans

Organically grown, white, flat beans popular in England with a soft and creamy texture when cooked, amazing in soups, salads, and as a paste.

High in protein.

Soak for 8 hours (or over night). When you are ready to cook, add to boiling water and leave to simmer. They should be ready in an hour (or remove from heat when tender). A pressure cooker will cook butter beans within 15 - 20 minutes.
